Major Event coverage is occasionally provided without session (shooting) fees but is always subject to the availability of photographers and based on the projected profitability of the event for Sportsshooter.ca. For events that don't meet our "major event" criteria there is a day or weekend rate. Bookings need to be made well in advance. Call for more details. Other than "cover story" images, all quality pictures taken during an event are posted in an easily accessible location of sportsshooter.ca. Images from events will be made available in a variety of formats based on the type of event and age group involved including: prints (several sizes), posters, collector (event) cards, magazine covers, and the actual image file. One-On-One service is provided to an individual in order to document their performance during one or more events. Session cost is $100.00 for the first hour (minimum) and $30.00 per hour for each additional hour. For location work outside of Regina, please call for travel rates etc. Special discount day and weekend rates may apply. Images captured during One-On-One sessions are posted on sportsshooter.ca and are available in several print sizes as well as image files. Custom design work is available. Career Track service is a long-term contract (three or more years) to provide photographic documentary coverage of an individual's performance in various aspects of a selected sport or sports. This service is customizable to meet the needs of the athlete and can include but is not limited to training shoots, practice shoots and game or event sessions. Service includes a minimum number of sessions per year and details of all images captured, such as date, location, and event names are recorded. All quality images and documentation are turned over to the client at the end of each contract year for their personal usage such as print and distribution. Rob Weitzel Graphic Productions maintains copyright of images provided through Career Track services and said images can not be sold or used for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Rob Weitzel Graphic Productions. Sportsshooter.ca provides coverage of sporting events to "capture the action". As sports enthusiasts and action photographers, we expect from ourselves what all athletes expect... near perfection and 100% effort all of the time. What this means to our clients is that we only provide coverage of a sports we understand. If we can not provide you with a photographer that understands your sport and has knowledge of what it takes to be in the right place at the right time, then we are sorry, but we can not provide you with a photographer at this time. If you crash half a lap in, fall off your bike somewhere back in the bush and don't finish, warm the bench, go eighteen over, drown, strike out without accidentally throwing your bat, bonk, or celebrate in a very geeky fashion, chances are we may not take your picture. We make every effort to capture as much of the action as possible but if we don't get the shot, it is because we are near human and the best sports photographers in the world can blow off forty rolls and not get one publishable shot (that is not to say we won't sell them to you).
